Tonight Marc took me out for an awesome dinner at Hilltop Steakhouse, then we went over to the mall, with the intention of just picking up a strategy guide for one of his video games, we ended up playing video games in best buy for like a half hour. Correction, I played video games while the PS3 annoyed him with it's broken controller. I got to try out the new Guitar Hero for XBox, and I'm not impressed. I prefer the rounded buttons on the PS2 version, and the whammy bar. That one seems to be in a crappy location for lefties too. After that we went into Spencers, and got recommended reading from some metal dude. I won't say exactly what it is, but I'm sure Marc and I will get some use out of it.. haha. And theeeeeen, when I tried to get the broad behind the counter to give me a little spray of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, Marc went ahead and bought me a bottle of it. It's my favorite scent, and I haven't been able to afford it in years.. what a total fucking sweetheart. He said he just wanted to see me happy for a change.. I don't need material goods for that, but it really did bring a big smile to my face.
Tomorrow I am off to drive around Miss Renee, so she can get her car back, then we're off to some show in NH.. should be funsies.
I'm gonna go watch Family Guy and enjoy smelling myself.
