only out of fear that someone that i might work with some day might read this, i am not saying this outright.. but you get me..

tomorrow is my 'drug test'. all preparations have been made, and i'm ready to get this the fuck over with. nevermind the politics or the 'big brother' bullshit.. i just think it's retarded to make someone take a test for something that's not related to that job.

ok... so.. making an employee take a lie detector test in order to get a job is illegal here in Massachusetts and many other states, but somehow drug testing for anything is a regular occurrence. it's the fact that it's not accurate (just like lie detectors..), and we're forced to go through waiting around in a hospital to pee in a cup. it's not ethical to test me unless i warrant it. i've been through one before, and i disagreed with it then. i did it, then quit the job after working 4 hours. the whole thing made me feel violated, and then to have to wear a uniform made it flat out insulting. shit, if you're gonna make someone wear a "lady tie" then they deserve to go home and do what they please.

listen, i don't want meth addicts driving buses, or crackheads teaching kids... but if a grown ass responsible adult wants to smoke a joint once in a while, i don't think they should be punished.
